ZIP Driving

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 1 September 2026

1. About ZIP Driving

ZIP Driving provides an online platform in the United Kingdom where learner drivers can view instructor profiles, lesson information, car details, availability, and DVSA test-centre coverage.

ZIP Driving is not a driving school employer unless expressly agreed in writing. Instructors who create profiles are responsible for the services they provide to learners.

2. Using the platform

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, signing up as an instructor, publishing a profile, or contacting ZIP Driving.

You must not misuse the platform, attempt to access another user's account, upload harmful files, copy content without permission, or use the service for unlawful activity.

3. Instructor accounts

Instructors are responsible for keeping profile, car, contact, ADI certificate, availability, and test-centre information accurate and up to date.

Instructors must hold the licences, approvals, insurance, and legal permissions required to provide paid driving instruction in the UK.

Publishing a profile means the instructor confirms their required dashboard information is complete and can be shown publicly.

ZIP Driving may remove, unpublish, or request changes to profiles that appear inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, unlawful, or harmful to users.

4. Learner bookings and lessons

Learners should check instructor details, pricing, availability, and lesson arrangements before booking.

Unless ZIP Driving separately confirms otherwise, lesson delivery, cancellations, refunds, vehicle condition, insurance, and driving instruction are arranged between the learner and instructor under UK law.

5. Prices and offers

Prices, block-booking offers, and promotions shown on the platform should be treated as current platform information but may change.

Any final lesson price or offer should be confirmed before a lesson or booking is accepted.

6. Content and images

Users must only upload images and content they have permission to use.

By uploading content, users allow ZIP Driving to display that content on the platform for account, profile, booking, and promotional purposes connected with ZIP Driving.

7. Account security

Users are responsible for keeping login details secure and should choose a strong password.

You must contact ZIP Driving if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

8. Availability of the service

ZIP Driving aims to keep the platform available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, technical issues, hosting issues, or events outside our control.

We may update, change, suspend, or remove features where needed to improve or operate the platform.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZIP Driving is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or losses caused by inaccurate user-provided information.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also have rights to bring proceedings in your local courts where UK consumer law allows this.

11. Changes to these terms

ZIP Driving may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

When changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to make the updated terms available before or when they take effect.

12. Contact

For questions about these terms, contact ZIP Driving using the contact details provided on the platform.
